Try this 60 minutes indoor cycling demo training video now. It's only missing the music tracks on the hill climbs. Please comment below on your opinion before this is finally edited.
This video has been filmed on 3 great climbs in North Yorkshire UK. After this we went to an indoor environment were we recorded the heart rate zones on a Garmin 910TX and cadence on a Wattbike, to get the nearest accurate feeling of the climb. 
Once I obtained all the information, the video interface was designed on Adobe Photoshop. The mapping effects were recorded from a Garmin Edge placed on Strava and the end effects were produced on Adobe After Effects. This video was months in the making and the last thing to be produced is the music.
