VIDEO 4 PHASE 2 HOME TRAINING (INTERMEDIATE) WEIGHT OR RESISTANCE BAND EXERCISES
12 exercises working out legs, core and arms. 40 seconds exercising 10 seconds off in rounds of six. These exercises will be carried out with equipment, you have a choice between: Barbell and disc weights, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettle bells. This video will instruct you on all four equipment methods. Therefore, whatever exercise equipment you have sat around in your house can be used.

· Alternate Superman – Shoulder Press
· Half sits – Lunges
